钛合金深孔枪钻加工研究综述

摘    要:钛合金深孔(特别是小直径深孔)的钻削加工一直是机械制造业的难点,也是研究的重点。本文结合深孔加工的特点和钛合金的切削特性,从枪钻结构、加工工艺、振动钻削和加工稳定性四个方面对钛合金深孔枪钻加工技术的研究现状进行了分析和总结,指出了目前深孔枪钻加工存在的问题,并展望了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:The drilling of titanium alloy deep-holes,especially small deep holes,has been the difficulty of mechanical manufacturing,but also the focus of the study.In this paper,based on the characteristics of deep-hole machining and the machinability of titanium alloy,the research status of deep-hole gun drilling technology of titanium alloy was analyzed and summarized from four aspects:gun drill structure,processing technology,vibration drilling and machining stability.The problems existing in the deep-hole gun drilling were pointed out,and the future research direction was forecasted.
