摘    要:前悬置横梁对汽车动力传输和振动控制起重要作用。根据前悬置横梁结构特点和技术要求,制定了合理的焊接工艺路线,克服了前悬置横梁易变形、焊接难度大的问题;根据前悬置横梁精度要求,完成前悬置横梁总成检具设计,检具结构简单,使用方便,提高了检测效率。

Abstract:The front suspend beam is an important component of automobile for power transmission and vibration control.A reasonable welding process is developed through the anysis its structural characteristics and technical requirements,and the problem of welding deformation and other difficulty is overcome.The gage is designed according to the accuracy requirement.Practice shows that the gage has the simple structure,and it is easy to use.The detection efficiency improved and it adapt to the requirements of product batch production.
