微细电火花铣削影响加工精度的主要因素分析

摘    要:通过微电火花铣削试验研究,优化电参数、小厚度分层加工等方法分析微小孔加工直线度和圆柱度误差。结果表明:空载电压110V,峰值电流为70A,脉冲宽度为4μs,脉冲间隔为90μs,分层厚度0.15mm,放电间隙0.012mm,微小孔铣削精度最高,其加工尺寸精度±0.005mm,表面粗糙度0.427μm。

Abstract:Experimental study of micro-EDM milling and analysis;optimization of electrical parameters,a small thickness hierarchical processing method study tiny hole machining straightness and cylindricity error.The results show that: the no-load voltage of 110V,the peak current is 70A;the pulse width is 4μs,a pulse interval of 90μs,layer thickness 0.15mm,the discharge gap 0.012mm,micro holes milling highest precision,the dimensional accuracy of the processing of ±0.005mm,surface roughness of 0.427μm.
