铝合金加工用变导程钻头的优化

摘    要:研究发现,变导程钻头能够有效改善铝合金材料在切削钻削中出现的粘刀、排屑难、易断刀等现象,但并没有找出适合加工铝合金材料的变导程钻头设计参数。改变变导程钻头的螺旋角参数及螺旋角渐变的位置,做进一步的对比试验,找出加工铝合金材料的变导程钻头参数选取的一般规律,为以后铝合金加工用变导程钻头的参数设计奠定基础。

Abstract:Based on the research,the variable helix angle drill can effectively improve the Aluminum alloy cutting and drilling in the chips stick to the tool,difficult chip removal,easy to cut knife and so on.But previous studies did not identify the design parameters of variable helix angle drill for machining Aluminum alloys.By changing the helix angle,a further comparative experiment is made to find out the general rule of variable helix angle drill parameter selection for machining Aluminum alloy and lay a foundation for parameter design of variable helix angle drill for Aluminum alloy processing.
