| Abstract: | Analyzed reasons for severe failure of quenching gas compressor during commissioning, and proposed method to solve the problem. The method, including phenomena judgment, reason analysis, demonstration and disturbance elimination, was used, and the failure was thoroughly eliminated in one time. Seen from the operation, it＇ s shown that the method is correct and effective, providing strong basis for safe and stable operation of coal gasification plant. |
