| Abstract: | In this paper are expounded the significance of water paper utilization, the disparity of our country in waste paper recovery, andthe successful experience abroad in waste paper recovery and utilization. Opinions and suggestions are put forward, in the light of therequirements of systematic engineering, in strengthening domestic waste paper recovery and improving the utilization of waste paperresources in paper industry development. |
