摘    要:结合我国煤矿的事故特点,建立了煤矿生产系统人因事故形成逻辑关系图和煤矿人因事故发生原因的FTA逻辑模型图,阐述了煤矿人因事故的形成机理;阐明了管理与人为触发因素是煤矿人因事故发生的最主要的因素;提出了煤矿人因事故的基础防范对策。

Abstract:From the point of view of safety science,two logic models are built by using the theory of safety system engineering and analysizing characteristics of coal mine accidents in China .The paper describes the process of forming man-cause accidents in mine producing system ,the other is FTA model is used to explain the cause of the acciedents. It is explained that mine accidents due to human factor result from the invalidation of the first and the second controlling mechanism.It is also illuminated that management factor and human igniting factor are two most important factors;The measures to prevent coal mine accidents are presented in the paper.
