羟丙基-β-环糊精的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以β-环糊精及环氧丙烷为原料,NaOH为催化剂,合成了取代度为3~6的羟丙基-β-环糊精。研究了反应温度、反应时间、反应物料配比及氢氧化钠浓度对羟丙基-β-环糊精取代度的影响。实验结果表明,反应物料配比n(NaOH):n(-βCD):n(C3H6O)为10∶1∶10~15之间,氢氧化钠浓度为3%,在35℃下反应12 h,可获得收率40%以上,取代度3~6的羟丙基-β-环糊精。对产物的后处理步骤进行了改进,用强酸型离子交换树脂代替盐酸中和氢氧化钠,产品中几乎不含NaC l。

Abstract:Using sodium hydroxide base as catalyst,hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin with substitution degree between 3~6 was synthesized through the reaction between β-cyclodextrin and propylene oxide.The influence of reaction time,temperature,reactant ratio and density of sodium hydroxide on the substitution degree of hydroxypropylβ-cyclodextrin was discussed.The result showed that when molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and β-cyclodextrin and propylene oxide was 10:1:10~15,density of sodium hydroxide was 3%,the reaction proceeded at 35℃ for 12h reaction,which gave a yield of over 40% and a substitution degree of 3~6.Commutative ion resina of strong acid instead of hydrochloric acid neutralized sodium hydroxide meliorated step of subsequent treatment,led to almost no sodium chloride contained in product.
