电控增压柴油机进气与燃油温度控制系统的研究

摘    要:在内燃机台架试验中,针对进气温度和燃油温度这两个边界条件对电控增压柴油机性能的影响进行了讨论,并提出了用一套冷却水调控系统进行控制的解决办法。以Deutz BF6M1013FC柴油机进气温度及燃油温度自动控制装置为例,讨论了控制方案、控制量的计算,并选用ADuC812单片机作为发动机边界条件控制系统的主控部件进行自动控制系统的设计。该控制系统已经通过试验的验证,得到发动机最优条件下的性能曲线。

Abstract:Based on experimental investigation of a turbochar ge d diesel engine with electronic controlled system, the effect of intake air and fuel temperature on engine performance were discussed, the cooling water system was introduced to solve the air and fuel temperature control problem. Applying t his control system on a Deutz BF6M1013FC diesel engine, using ADuC812 as control ler, the control scheme and parameter calculation were deployed. The control sys tem has been validated through test; the best engine performance curves were obt ained.
