脉动热管可视化实验普遍性问题研究

摘    要:对内径为3mm,外径为7mm的玻璃质闭合回路型脉动热管进行实验研究,针对实验过程中遇到的普遍性问题,如脉动热管的结构形式、内部容积的确定、真空度的实现、热电偶的布置位置和固定方法等进行研究。结果表明,添加阀门不但可以控制工质的流动方向,而且有利于工质的泵出。气液柱的分布是随机的,不能人为控制其分布的均匀性。热电偶宜布置在弯头处。应用间接测量加修正的方法可以减小测量误差。

Abstract:Studies a looped pulsating heat pipe(PHP) which is made of glass capillary tuber with the inside diameter of 3 mm and outside diameter of 7 mm experimentally. For the different problems such as the structure of PHP, the calculation of effective internal volume of tube,the realization of evacuating into vacuum,the fixed location and fixed way of thermocouples, the measurement of internal temperature, gives some solutions. The experimental results indicate that the pulsating heat pipe with check values not only the flow direction can be controlled but also it is beneficial to pumping out of the working fluid. The distribution of vapor-liquid slugs in the internal tube is random and the evenly distribution of them can not be artificially controlled. It is suitable to fix thermocouples in the turns. Indirect measurements and necessary correction can reduce the measurement error effectively.
