| 摘 要： | 本文针对绩效定量管理的特点、要求,提出了考核指标的数学模型建立的几种常见形式:按实际与计划之比设立的计算公式,一因素可变计算公式,双因素指标计算公式,直接指标计算公式,并对直线型和曲线型进行了简单的分析、比较。
