含荧光基团聚天冬氨酸的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以3-氨基咔唑和聚琥珀酰亚胺为原料合成了含咔唑基的荧光标记聚天冬氨酸衍生物。通过荧光光谱法和静态阻垢法研究了产物的荧光性能和阻垢性能。试验表明,当试样浓度小于0.01mg/L时,该荧光标记聚合物的荧光强度与其浓度呈一定线性关系,咔唑基的引入对阻垢性能有抑制作用。

Abstract:Polyaspartic acid(PASP) derivatives with fluorescence group were synthesized by aminolysis and consequential basic hydrolysis of polysuccinimide (PSI) with 3-aminocarbazole.The fluorescence spectra and scale inhibition on calcium carbonate were tested by fluorometer and static scale inhibition method,respectively.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity had linear relation with the concentration of PASP derivative when the concentration was less than 0.01mg/L.However,the introduction of carbazole groups into PASP chains suppressed scale inhibition performance.
