模糊PID控制在缝纫机压框调速的踏板控制系统中的应用

摘    要:为实现工业缝纫机压框调速的踏板控制系统,针对传统踏板控制系统鲁棒性弱的缺点,提出一种基于模糊PID控制在缝纫机压框调速的踏板控制系统中应用的方法。详细分析了该方法的构造原理,并对模糊PID控制器进行设计,通过实例进行了仿真结果分析。结果表明,该方法能有效地实现缝纫机压框调速过程中的平稳运动,是有效、实用的。

Abstract:In order to realize the press frame speed regulation footplate control system,aiming at the feebleness robustness shortcoming of tradition footplate control system,a new application method of fuzzy PID control on sewing machine press frame speed regulation footplate control system. And analysis principles of the method in detail,design of fuzzy PID control,put up analysis of simulation result using example. The result shows that the method can achieve smooth movement on sewing machine press frame speed regulation process. It is an effective and practical method.
