摘    要:QSH-01烷基化原料选择加氢催化剂在胜利炼油厂烷基化装置2年的工业应用结果表明,QSH-01催化剂具有良好的活性,选择性及稳定性,双烯烃加氢率达100%,丁烯的收率基本保持在100%以上,能够满足炼油厂烷基化原料中双烯烃选择加氢的要求,烷基化原料经过选择加氢不仅除掉丁二烯,还能使部分1-丁烯异构化为2-丁烯,有利于提高烷基化油的辛烷值,RON可提高0.93个单位,MON可提高0.55个单位;还降低了烷基化过程硫酸的消耗量,经济效益和社会效益十分显著。

Abstract:The commercial application results of QSH 01 catalyst for selective hydrogenation of alkylation feedstock in Shengli Refinery are presented. The two year running showed that the catalyst possessed high activity, high selectivity and good stability, it can fully meet the requirement of selective hydrogenation of diolefins in alkylation feedstock. The selective hydrogenation not only removed the diolefins but also isomerized part of 1 butylene to 2 butylene, which was benefit to alkylation. The RON and MON of alkylate increased by 0.93 and 0.55 respectively after the feedstock pretreatment. The sulfuric acid consumption in alkylation was also decreased.
