ABS的无卤含磷阻燃复配体系研究

摘    要:无卤阻燃已成为世界各国阻燃领域研究的前沿,就ABS的无卤磷系复配阻燃体系展开了研究。对聚磷酸蜜胺盐进行了包覆改性,用扫描电镜和热失重等方法分析了包覆前后的效果,将包覆聚磷酸蜜胺盐应用于磷系复配阻燃体系和膨胀阻燃体系,在ABS中添加25%可获得较好的阻燃效果,极限氧指数可达26 1,力学性能和物理机械性能下降约37%。当添加量增加为35%,氧指数可达到27 0,具有较好的市场应用前景。

Abstract:ABS with excellent performance is easy to ignite.The halogen-free flame retardant domain of ABS is focused in the world.Halogen-free phosphate compounding flame system of ABS becomes our main research objective.Melamine phosphate polymer among them was enwrapped.In order to confirm the effect after enwrapping,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetry (TG) testing were carried out.Matched with the other halogen-free flame retardants such as phosphate and melamine,followed with adding into ABS by 25 percent,perfect flame retardancy was obtained with LOI of 26.1 but physical-mechanical performance of ABS decreasing by 37 percent.And LOI of 27.0 was gotten when added by 35%.
