| 摘 要： | 从实用的角度阐述了辽宁电力视频会议系统改建工程规划、设计与实施,针对辽宁电力视频会议系统目前存在的问题,结合视频技术应用与发展提出设计与解决方案,对基层单位供电公司与省公司视频会议系统的连接设备进行了统一更新并介绍了省公司新建视频会议系统工程的实施经验.
