摘    要:浓缩倍率是电厂水平衡的核心参数,也是决定发电水耗高低的关键参数。文章提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的循环水浓缩倍率无线监控系统,水质传感器采集到的水质信号经ZigBee节点无线传输到上位计算机。上位机将采集到的实时数据根据设定程序进行对比计算,输出控制信号调节各被控量,实现水的浓宿倍率的在线、实时监控。同时,在上位计算机上用VB编程软件设计了方便、友好的人机界面,具有参数设定、状态监测及显示等功能。

Abstract:The concentration ratio is the core parameter of water balance for power plant, and also the key parameter that deter- mines the water consumption level for power generation. The paper presents a Zigbee-based wireless monitoring system of circulating water concentration ratio, with the main idea that the water quality signal collected by the sensor, after being processed, is firstly transmitted wirelessly to the host computer through the Zigbee node. The host computer does a comparative calculation for the col- lected data as per the presetting procedure, and outputs the controlling signal to the executive Zigbee points, thus realizes on-line and instant monitoring for the water concentration ratio by regulating the controlled variables. The convenient and friendly man- machine interface, designed by the VB software on the host computer, has functions of setting parameters, monitoring and displaying working conditions.
