轻轨列车辅助高频DC/DC隔离变换器研究

摘    要:本文应用全桥移相软开关技术,设计了轻轨列车用辅助高频DC/DC隔离变换器,并进行了试验分析和验证。该变换器实现了软开关,能够提高电能变换效率,提高变换器功率密度。应用高频隔离软开关方案可以减小机柜体积,便于设备安装维护。这也是轻轨列车辅助变流器设备的发展趋势1112]。

Abstract:With the help of full-bridge phase-shifted soft switching technology, an isolated high-frequency DC / DC converter for auxiliary power unit of light rail train is designed, analyzed and verified in this paper. The converter can achieve soft switching, improve conversion efficiency of electrical energy and increase power density of APU. The application of the scheme with isolated high-frequency soft switching can reduce the volume of cabinet and it could be convenient for installing and maintaining the devices. This is also the development trend of light-rail train's auxiliary converter.
