全位置窄间隙TIG焊接技术研究

摘    要:以镍基合金为填充材料对全位置窄间隙TIG焊接技术进行研究,分析各个焊接参数对不同位置焊接过程的影响,提出并采用合理焊接参数。对焊接试板进行RT检测、化学成分检验和力学性能检测,结果均符合ASME标准要求及工程应用要求。

Abstract:The all-position narrow-gap TIG welding technology has been studied with nickel-based alloy as filler material.The influence of various welding parameters on the welding process at different positions has been analyzed,and the reasonable welding parameters have been proposed and adopted.RT test,chemical composition test and mechanical properties test have been carried out on the welding test plates,and the results meet ASME standards and engineering application requirements.
