摘    要:采用不同的焙烧温度制备系列NiMo/Al2O3催化剂,运用BET、XRD、SEM和HRTEM等分析手段对催化剂进行表征,并以催化裂化进料为原料,在固定床高压反应器上对催化剂的加氢性能进行评价,着重考察焙烧温度对催化剂活性组分结构及活性的影响。结果表明,焙烧温度的升高有利于活性组分在催化剂表面的分散,但同时会增强活性组分与载体之间的相互作用,使催化剂活性相中单片层MoS2片晶的数量增加,导致催化剂活性下降。

Abstract:A series of NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared at different calcination temperature.The catalysts were characterized by using BET,XRD,SEM and HRTEM.The hydrotreating performace of the catalysts was investigated in a high pressure trickle-bed reactor using FCC feed.The effects of calcination temperature on the structure of the active component and the activity of the catalysts were studied.The results showed that the increase of calcination temperature favored the dispersion of the active component on the surface of the catalyst,but at the same time enchanced the interaction between the active component and the support,which resulted in the increase of single MoS2 slabs and the decrease of the catalyst activity.
