摘    要:某大型水轮机主轴上法兰锻件,力学性能要求高,锻造难度大.在传统的锻造工艺基础上,结合芯棒拔长+台阶精扩的锻造方法,成功锻出了端部带法兰的大型高圈锻件,有效地降低了零件的毛净比.

Abstract:The main shaft upper flange forging for a large hydraulic turbine requires high mechanical properties and is difficult to forge.On the basis of the traditional forging process,combined with the forging method of mandrel drawing and step precision expansion,a large high ring forging with flange at the end has been successfully forged,which effectively reduced the gross-to-net ratio of the part.
