| 摘 要： | 先天性心脏复合畸形为同时患有２种或２种以上心血管畸形，能够同期进行介入治疗，其技术操作并非单一技术的简单相加，而有其特殊性。本文介绍室间隔缺损合并房间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭、肺动脉瓣狭窄；房间隔缺损合并动脉导管未闭、肺动脉瓣狭窄、左房室瓣狭窄（鲁登巴赫综合征）及主动脉缩窄合并动脉导管未闭等复合畸形的病理生理改变与临床特点、介入治疗适应证和禁忌证、治疗原则和注意事项、术后处理以及疗效判定等。 |
