低碳调质铸钢焊接接头焊后消应力处理研究

摘    要:介绍了G10MnMoV6-3和S355J2的焊接接头分别进行焊后消应力处理和不进行焊后消应力处理的各项力学性能对比。经比较分析,焊后消应力处理后各项力学性能数值变化均在4%以内。从经济性角度考虑,得出低碳调质铸钢焊接接头可不进行焊后消应力退火处理。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of the welded joints of G10MnMoV6-3 and S355J2 with or without post-welding stress relief treatment have been compared.Through comparison and analysis,the numerical changes of mechanical properties after stress relief treatment are all within 4%.In view of economy,it is concluded that post-welding stress relief annealing is not required for low carbon quenched and tempered cast steel welded joints.
