摘    要:通过热重分析法研究了Fe2 O3和M nO2对高灰分煤燃烧性能与动力学特性的影响,结果表明Fe2 O3和M nO2能提高煤粉的着火和燃尽指数;利用Coats‐Redfern积分法对试样燃烧过程进行动力学分析,发现 Fe2 O3和M nO2均可降低煤粉燃烧反应的活化能;燃烧灰渣SEM图表明Fe2 O3和M nO2可以改变煤燃烧的反应历程,使燃烧更充分。

Abstract:Effects of Fe2 O3 and M nO2 on combustion and dynamic characteristics of high ash coal is investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer .The result shows that the Fe2 O3 and MnO2 can improve the ignition and burnout index ,the Coats‐Redfern integral method is used for combustion process in the dynamic analysis and show that the Fe2 O3 and MnO2 can lower activation energy .The SEMs of slag samples indicate that the coal combustion mechnism may be changed by Fe2 O3 and M nO2 ,,w hich can be make the combustion more efficiency .
