| 摘 要： | 奥运会是一项巨大的系统工程，如何构建一套科学完善的奥运服务体系是奥运会能否成功举办的关键。通过对奥运服务体系的总体分析，从3个不同角度阐述了价值链管理思想在奥运服务体系中的运用，为具体构建奥运服务体系寻求了新的视角及理论支持。

| Abstract: | The Olympic Games are a systematic engineering.The successful holding of the Games lies in how to design a set of scientific and perfect Olympic service system. Through overall analysis of Olympic service system, the thought of value chain management applied in the system is explained from three diverse angles in order to seek a new perspective and theoretical foundation for the structure of Olympic service system. |
