燃油活性炭吸附深度脱硫的机理及研究进展

摘    要:吸附法深度脱硫可以在常温常压下选择性脱除燃油中的含硫有机化合物,是一种很有应用前景的技术.在归纳燃油组成及硫的类型的基础上,介绍了国内外燃油活性炭吸附深度脱硫机理的研究进展,包括分子尺寸选择机理、酸性位吸附机理、络合吸附机理和催化氧化机理及其影响因素;同时对吸附脱硫工艺的研究前景进行了展望.

Abstract:Deep-desulfurization via selective adsorption is considered as one of the most promising methods since it can selectively remove organic sulfur compounds from oils under mild conditions. On the basis of induction of the composition of fuel oil and sulfur compounds, the mechanisms of activated carbon absorption for deep desulfurization of fuel oil are reviewed, including molecule size selection, acidic sites effect, complex adsorption and catalytic oxidation, and their affecting factors are discussed. Meanwhile the prospect of development of the research on adsorption desulfurization of fuel oil is predicted.
