摘    要:ZHC-01催化剂是一种共胶法制备的加氢裂化催化剂,具有加氢活性高、中油选择性好、耐氮性能强等特点.ZHC-01催化剂既适用于单段加氢裂化工艺,还可用于一段串联加氢裂化工艺.为拓宽ZHC-01催化剂的应用范围,在CA2中型装置上,采用ZHC-01催化剂为加氢催化剂,以沙中VGO为原料,模拟中国石化齐鲁分公司1.4 Mt/a 加氢裂化装置满负荷运转操作条件进行的一段串联加氢裂化工艺试验结果表明,ZHC-01催化剂的活性和主要目的产品收率及性质符合齐鲁分公司1.4 Mt/a 加氢裂化装置设计要求,可以在装置上应用.该催化剂的工业应用结果表明,ZHC-01催化剂具有良好的活性、稳定性和生产灵活性,不仅能满足炼油厂生产环保型中间馏分油的需求,同时还兼顾了拓展优化乙烯原料的需求.

Abstract:ZHC-01 catalyst is a hydrocracking catalyst prepared by cogell process, which feaures high hydrocracking activity, good intermediate distillate selectivity and improved resistance to nitrogen contamination etc. It can be applied either in single-stage hydrocracking process or one stage series process. To expand the application of the catalyst, a test on one-stage series hydrocracking process was performed at the simulated operating conditions of the 1.4 MM TPY hydro cracking unit at full capacity in Qilu Petrochemical Company. The results showed that ZHC-01catalyst activity, yields and properties of major products met the design requirements of the 1.4 MM TPY hydrocracking unit in Qilu Petrochemical Company. It could be applied on the commercial hydrocracking unit. The commercial application indicates that the ZHC-Oleatalyst, high in activity and good in stability and operation flexibility, can produce environmenta-friendly middle distillates and expand the feed sources of ethylene crackers.
