中国石化加氢裂化装置运行分析

摘    要:近年来,中国石油化工股份有限公司在加氢裂化方面发展非常迅速,无论是装置规模、加工能力,还是工艺及催化剂技术均是如此.现有加氢裂化装置的加工能力占原油一次加工能力的比例已达到12.4%.目前在装置运行方面还存在一些问题,主要如下:运行周期不长且负荷率低;部分加氢裂化装置的能耗和损失偏大;高压空冷器腐蚀泄漏事故较多;细节设计考虑不够影响了运行效率等.为此,提出了如下建议:开发加氢裂化催化剂寿命评估软件;开发推广新型反应器内构件;完善循环氢脱硫设施;加强原料质量监控;加强安全生产管理、设备管理和节能管理等.

Abstract:The last several years has seen a rapid development of hydrocracking units in SINOPEC, in unit capacity, process throughput, process and catalyst technology. The processing capacity of hydrocracking units accounts for 12.4% of the total crude processing capacity in China. But the following problems exist in the operation of the units, such as low operating cycle, low operating capacity, higher energy consumption and loss, leakages from corrosion of high-pressure air coolers and low operating efficiency due to improper design etc. The associated recommendations are presented to solve these problems like development of computer software for the evaluation of hydrocracking catalyst life, development of new reactor internals, improvement of recycle hydrogen desuffurization facilities, strengthened quality control of feedstock and effective production management, equipment management and energy conservation management, etc.
