摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司炼油厂中压蒸汽系统的流程和锅炉运行方式不够合理,尤其是夏季时,虽然锅炉实际运行负荷已降到设计负荷的最低限,但为了保证事故状态下关键装置能快速恢复生产,历年来一直沿用全厂多台锅炉低负荷运行的模式,造成很大的浪费.为此,对锅炉运行方式和系统蒸汽流程进行了优化,也改进了事故状态下用汽装置的操作,从而实现了夏季全厂开两台锅炉,甚至只开一台锅炉的情况下中压蒸汽系统的优化运行,并保证用汽装置在事故状态下可以比较快速地恢复生产.优化后全厂蒸汽消耗每小时可减少25t,在保证安全生产的前提下取得了可观的经济效益.该系统还有进一步改进的空间.

Abstract:As the process flow was not appropriately designed in the medium pressure steam system of the Refinery of SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Company, the system and boilers were poorly operated. In summer, the boiler had to be operated at a capacity below the lower limit of the design capacity. To ensure a suffi- cient steam supply for the restartup of the critical units after emergency shutdown, the multiple boilers had to be operating at lower capacity for many years, wasting a lot of energy. After optimization of process flow of steam system and boiler operation as well the operation of steam users in emergency conditions, only two boil- ers and sometime only one is required to be operated in summer, which can meet the steam requirement for unit operation in emergency conditions. The optimization has reduced the refinery steam requirement by 25 t/h and economic benefits is significant. The steam system still has room for improvement.
