螯合活化剂对石青、水胆矾、砷钙铜矿及硅孔雀石浮选活化的研究

对不同类型的四种氧化铜矿物：碳酸盐石青（２ＣｎＣＯ＿３·Ｃｕ（ＯＨ）＿２）、硫酸盐水胆矾（ＣｕＳＯ＿４·３Ｃｕ（ＯＨ）＿２）、砷酸盐砷钙铜矿（２（ＣｕＣａＡｓＯ＿４·（ＣｕＣａ）（ＯＨ）＿２·１／２Ｈ＿２Ｏ）及硅酸盐硅孔雀石（ＣｕＳｉＯ＿３·２Ｈ＿２Ｏ），进行了分别使用Ｄ＿２药剂（２、５──二硫酚──１、３、４──硫代二唑）及硫化钠作活化剂，黄药作捕收剂的单矿物浮选试验。研究了不同类型氧化铜矿物的浮选行为，Ｄ＿２药剂的作用规律及适用范围。适当介质ｐＨ范围内，Ｄ＿２对黄药浮选四种铜矿物，均有明显活化效果。但除石青、水胆矾外，硫化钠对黄药浮选砷钙铜矿及硅孔雀石均不产生活化作用，反而会抑制硅孔雀石浮游。

ACTION OF CHELATING ABENT IN FLOTATION OF AZURITE,BROCHANTITE,CONICHALCITE AND CHRYSOCOLLA

Four different pure oxidized copper minerals such as carbonate,sulfatebrochantite, arsenate conichalcite, and silicate chrysocolla have been floatedin a single flotation tube with butyl xanthate in the presence of a chelating agent2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4 thiodiazole(D_2)or sodium sulflde as a modlfier.Somefactors affecting floatability of different pure oxidlzed copper minerals have beenstudied,The investigation results show that D_2 reagent is more effective thansodium sulfide as an activator in the flotation of various oxidized copper miner- als.Sodium sulfide can not be used as activator in flotation of conichalciteand chrysocolla with xanthate as a collector.D_2, however, is effective in theflotation of all oxidized copper minerais tested.
