螯合活化剂对石青、水胆矾、砷钙铜矿及硅孔雀石浮选活化的研究

摘    要:对不同类型的四种氧化铜矿物:碳酸盐石青(2CnCO_3·Cu(OH)_2)、硫酸盐水胆矾(CuSO_4·3Cu(OH)_2)、砷酸盐砷钙铜矿(2(CuCaAsO_4·(CuCa)(OH)_2·1/2H_2O)及硅酸盐硅孔雀石(CuSiO_3·2H_2O),进行了分别使用D_2药剂(2、5──二硫酚──1、3、4──硫代二唑)及硫化钠作活化剂,黄药作捕收剂的单矿物浮选试验。研究了不同类型氧化铜矿物的浮选行为,D_2药剂的作用规律及适用范围。适当介质pH范围内,D_2对黄药浮选四种铜矿物,均有明显活化效果。但除石青、水胆矾外,硫化钠对黄药浮选砷钙铜矿及硅孔雀石均不产生活化作用,反而会抑制硅孔雀石浮游。

Abstract:Four different pure oxidized copper minerals such as carbonate,sulfatebrochantite, arsenate conichalcite, and silicate chrysocolla have been floatedin a single flotation tube with butyl xanthate in the presence of a chelating agent2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4 thiodiazole(D_2)or sodium sulflde as a modlfier.Somefactors affecting floatability of different pure oxidlzed copper minerals have beenstudied,The investigation results show that D_2 reagent is more effective thansodium sulfide as an activator in the flotation of various oxidized copper miner- als.Sodium sulfide can not be used as activator in flotation of conichalciteand chrysocolla with xanthate as a collector.D_2, however, is effective in theflotation of all oxidized copper minerais tested.
