| 摘 要： | 对传统定额模式和工程量清单计价模式进行了对比,从招标、投标、评标各方面分析了“工程量清单招标”的优越性,归纳出“工程量清单招标”项目的三种主要评标办法,探讨了如何更好地施行工程量清单招标,最终达到促进我国有形建筑市场健康发展的目的。

| Abstract: | Traditional quota mode and project amount listing mode are compared in this article, the advantages of project amount listing bidding are analyzed from submiting a tender, inviting a bid and evaluating a tender, three main evaluating methods of project amount listing bidding item are summarized, and it also discusses on how to better execute project amount listing bidding, so as to promote the health development of visible construction market finally. |
