| 摘 要： | 应用IMAQVision工具包在LabView虚拟仪器平台上开发出用于印刷质量检测的机器视觉系统，该系统利用IMAQ提供的强大图像处理功能，如边缘检测、图像校正、滤波、图像特征提取、阈值分割、数学形态学处理、模板匹配等，能够对印刷过程中产生的各种缺陷进行自动检测和识别。具有较高的精度和通用性。

| Abstract: | A machine vision system based on LabVIEW(a virtual instrument platform)is developed with IMAQ Vision toolset to check the quality of color printing.The system can automatically inspect and recognize the problems brought in color printing by the strong image processing function of IMAQ Vision such as edge detection,image calibration,filtering,image extraction,threshold segmentation,mathematical morphology processing,pattern matching and so forth.It proved that the system is very precise and universal. |
