大型泵站随机振动频谱分析

摘    要:针对大型泵站运行中普遍存在的振动问题,建立了南水北调东线某大型泵站有限元模型,分析了泵站结构的自振特性并进行了共振校核。根据模型试验得到的测点压力脉动的频谱特性,在自振特性分析的基础上,采用了随机振动频谱分析方法计算了泵房的振动响应。计算结果对大型泵站的抗振安全评价有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the common vibration problem in the operation of large pumping station,finite element model of one large pumping station of south-to-north water transfer east route project was built in this paper and the free vibration characteristics were studied for resonance check.Based on the spectrum characteristics of pressure pulsations at measuring points of model test and the free vibration characteristics analysis,random vibration spectrum analysis method was used to calculate the vibration responses of the pump house.The calculating results had some reference meaning for anti-vibration safety evaluation of large pumping station.
