摘    要:研制了一种高灵敏度的工业管道漏磁无损检测仪,其传感器由多个独立的检测模块拼装而成,每个检测模块的磁化器与检测部件分开。检测部件由相互独立的检测单元铰接而成,能适应工业管道的工况特点,具有极大的灵活性和可扩展性。

Abstract:A magnetic flux leakage nondestructive testing equipment for industrial pipelines with high sensitivity was developed, in which transducer consisted of some absolute testing modules. The magnetizing unit and inspection unit of each testing module were separate, and testing components were linked as an inspection unit, so that the equipment was applicable for the real conditions of the industrial pipelines with high flexibility and expansibility.
