摘    要:高压辊磨机(HPGR)作为一种新型节能设备,在矿石破碎领域应用越来越广泛。根据工艺参数要求,对高压辊磨正确选型是其推广应用的前提。比能耗是HPGR的一项主要运行参数,也是HPGR选型的主要依据之一。提出了一种根据流程工艺参数和矿石抗压强度性质计算评估HPGR比能耗的数学模型,称之为DUCS模型,并应用HPGR工业运行数据对此模型进行了验证。结果表明,此模型能够较好地预测HPGR工作比能耗,是一种试验工作量小、预测精度较高和所需时间短的选型方法。

Abstract:The high pressure grinding roll(HPGR) is used in the mining field more and more popular as a new kind of energy saving equipment.The exact sizing of HPGR is the base of its popularization in mineral processing.The specific energy is an important operating parameter of HPGR,as well as one of main foundations of sizing.In the paper,a mathematical model was proposed,of calculating and evaluating the specific energy consumption of HPGR according to technical parameters of the process and compressive strength of the ore,which was called DUCS modelIn addition,it was verified by industrial operating data of HPGR.The results showed that the model could predict the specific energy consumption of HPGR exactly and was characterized with small amount of test work,high prediction precision and short operation duration.
