摘    要:研究了成核剂NA21对丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚物(PP-R)性能的影响。采用偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、小角X射线散射仪、动态力学分析仪表征了PP-R的结构。添加成核剂使PP-R球晶尺寸减小,从而使雾度从45.93%降至14.46%,弯曲模量从1.14 GPa提高到1.32 GPa,23℃下的Izod缺口冲击强度从32.9 J/m提高至41.0 J/m,热变形温度从81.7℃提高到87.3℃。加入成核剂对片晶熔点、结晶温度、片晶和非晶区厚度分布以及非晶区的玻璃化转变温度均产生影响,但对结晶度和平均长周期的影响不明显。

Abstract:The authors studied the effect of nucleating agent NA21 on properties of propylene-(1-butene) random copolymers(PP-R).The structure of the PP-R was characterized by means of polarizing light microscopy(PLM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),small angle X-ray diffraction(SAXD) and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).The addition of NA21 made the size of PP-R spherulites diminish and for this reason,the PP-R’s flexural modulus rose from 1.14 GPa to 1.32 GPa,notched Izod impact strength increased from 32.9 J/m to 41.0 J/m at 23 ℃ and heat deflection temperature ascended from 81.7 ℃ to 87.3 ℃,besides its haze dropped from 45.93% to 14.46%.Adding NA21 had impact on the melting point,crystallization temperature,thickness distribution of the lamellae and amorphous layers,and glass transition temperature of the amorphous region,but no significant influence on the crystallinity and average long period of the PP-R.
