| 摘 要： | 借用汽车制造领域产品线的概念,在分析了政策性住房目前存在的问题和商品住宅产品线优势的基础上,提出了政策性住房产品线的建构体系,从标准化,工业化和精细化3个方面为政策性住房的建设提供理论支持. |

| Abstract: | Using the concept of product line in automotive manufacture to analyze the problems in current policy-supported housing and the superiority of commercial housing product line,this paper proposes the construction system of policy-supported housing product line to provide theoretical support in aspects of standardization,industrialization and meticulous management. |
