橡胶隔震支座拉伸刚度理论模型与分析

摘    要:为定量分析橡胶隔震支座的受拉性能, 该文建立了橡胶隔震支座双弹簧拉伸刚度简化分析模型, 根据支座的剪切和拉伸几何变形条件, 以及受力平衡条件, 推导了不同剪切变形下橡胶隔震支座拉伸刚度理论计算公式。根据推导结果对支座拉伸刚度变化规律进行了分析, 并与ABAQUS有限元数值模型及支座拉伸试验结果进行了对比, 结果表明, 该文计算公式可以较好地分析不同直径叠层橡胶隔震支座在剪切变形小于100%时拉伸刚度定量变化。

MODELING AND ANALYZING OF TENSILE STIFFNESS FOR SEISMIC ISOLATED RUBBER BEARINGS

Abstract:To analyze the tensile performance of seismic isolated rubber bearings, a two-spring model is established for calculating the tensile stiffness of bearings. According to the shear and tensile geometric deformation condition of the bearings, the theoretical formula of tensile stiffness are derived for rubber bearings subjected to shear and tensile loads. Based on the derived expressions, the relationship between tensile stiffness and shear deformationis is analyzed. Furthermore, the analytical results are compared with the finite element analysis results and the tensile experimental results. The results show that the tensile stiffness expressions derived in this paper can be used to simulate the tensile stiffness variations for rubber seismic isolated bearings with shear deformation less than 100%.
