汽轮机结垢不揭缸清洗技术总结

摘    要:刘化集团公司热电厂1^#(背压式)、2^#(抽凝式)汽轮机相继出现机组出力下降、汽耗上升、轴向位移增大、止推瓦块温度超标、各监视段压力超标,危及机组的安全、经济运行。本文对导致上述问题的原因——1^#、2^#汽轮机结垢进行了分析,简要介绍了不揭缸清洗的实施过程及清洗效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes reason causing scale deposit in turbines which makes the Nol and No2 steam turbine in power plant of Gansu Liuhua Group Co., Ltd output decrease, steam consumption rising, axial shift increase, the temperature of thrust bearing and pressure of monitor section exceeding quota, running in unsafty and uneconomic condition. The cleaning process and effects are briefly introduced.
