移动运营商定制终端的研究

随着移动数据业务广泛开展，终端独立发展模式不再适用．运营商定制终端成为趋势。运营商定制终端面临的挑战有：没有能力控制终端销售渠道、难以解决终端应用平台的兼容性、内容应用开发商与终端厂商整合不足、杀手级业务不明确、研定实力不足等。介绍了国外运营商定制手机的做法以及国内运营商定制终端的尝试。

Study on Mobile Terminal Business Mode

The current terminal business model, which manufacturer control R&D and marketing, will not adapted for popularity of mobile data service, so mobile service provider will conduct the terminal market. Mobile service providers have to face challenges, such as difficulty of distribution channel control, compatibility of application platform, integration between content/application developer and terminal vendor, shortage of R&D capability etc. This thesis introduced foreign mobile service providers' experience and domestic providers' sample.
