| 摘 要： | 分析了沈阳市既有建筑节能改造的现状,阐述了经济激励政策在既有建筑节能改造中的作用.在借鉴国外发达国家经济激励政策成功经验的基础上,提出了沈阳市既有建筑节能改造经济激励政策的制订原则和总体设计思路,制定了有关税收、补贴,贷款等方面经济激励政策.

| Abstract: | The situation of the energy efficiency retrofit for existing buildings in Shenyang was analyzed, and the effect of economic incentive policy in energy efficiency retrofit was described. Based on the experience of developed countries, the principle of formulation and ideas of design which are about economic incentive policy of energy efficiency retrofit for existing buildings in Shenyang were put forward. And the economic incentive policies on taxes, subsidies, loans and so on were formulated. |
