基于CAN总线的变电站综合自动化系统的设计

摘    要:以CAN总线为通信手段,构成基于现场总线的变电站综合自动化系统;通过对变电站自动化现状的分析,介绍了基于CAN总线的变电站综合自动化系统的底层硬件设计,包括模拟量输入输出智能节点的设计、离散量输入输出智能节点的设计、通信协议转换单元的设计等;并采用组态软件--组态王6.01进行监控界面的设计,实现了与下位机的数据通信及与上位机之间的通信;采用先进的CAN总线技术,降低了成本,实现变电站的无人值班,远方调度通过网管软件能够及时地监控各变电站的电压、电流、功率的变化,断路器、隔离开关的状态,及时地发现和处理故障,实现了变电站的综合自动化.

Abstract:This thesis takes CAN fieldbus as communication means forming the synthesical automation system of the transformer station. By way of the situation analysis of the transformer station , we design the basis hardware on the first floor, including the intelligent node design of analog input/output , discrete input/outpl and communication protocol cell. Using configuration software - Kinview 6.01 to realize the communication between the lower machine and the superordinate machine. The introduction of the advanced CAN busfield technology lowers the cost, realizes the unmanned transformer substation , control center can supervise the variety of lhe voltage, current, power synchronously, the state of the breaker and the insulated switch , realizing the automation of the transformer substation.
