| Abstract: | The basic experimental researches on rapid manufacturing moulds by plasma spraying have been carried out. The process of this method has been introduced and the main influencing factors on manufacturing moulds by plasma spraying have been analyzed. The microstructure and surface quality of the coatings formed by plasma spraying have been experimentally researched. And the technology manufactured moulds by plasma spraying has been used in rapid manufacturing. |
