| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一个实时在线的电力系统故障判断和恢复处理专家系统（ＮＥＣＦＤＲ）。ＮＥＣＦＤＲ运行于东电调度中心的ＶＡＸ１１／７８５主计算机，与在线的ＥＭＳ系统相接。当电网发生故障时，ＮＥＣＦＯＲ可以从ＥＭＳ的ＳＣＡＤＡ库中获取实时报警信息，对电网发生的故障进行判断，并提供相应的恢复处理措施。本文主要描述了该专家系统的总体设计和在线实现技术。

| Abstract: | This paper describes an on-line expert System for fault diagnosis and restoration in Northeast China Power System. The expert system, named NECFDR, has been put into field test in Northeast China Power Dispatch Center, acting as an assistant for operators to deal with faults in the dispatch center. Programmed in CC-PROLOG and FORTRAN on VAX11/785, it is success fully interfaced with the EMS of the power system. When a fault is occurred, it automatically obtains on-line alarm messages from the SCADA in the EMS, estimates faulted elements and makes out restoration plans. |
