中国风电开发消纳及输送相关重大问题研究

摘    要:分析了中国风电发展现状(风电装机容量快速增长;风电分布较为集中)及存在的问题(系统调峰能力不足;跨大区域互联规模小,不利于风电消纳),提出了中国风电健康可持续发展的思路(优化电源结构以建设适度规模的调峰电源;建设坚强跨区域互联电网;合理的煤电布局和风火打捆输送:政策支持)和中国未来风电的合理开发规模及相关效益。

Abstract:This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the state quo of the wind power development in China,which is characterized by the fast increase of wind power generating capacity and centralized locations,and of the existing problems,namely insufficient peak load regulating capability,lack of trans-regional interconnection favorable for wind power digestion,and it then proposes some measures on the sound and sustainable wind power development,and on the proper scale and the corresponding benefits for the reason...
