高剥离力苯丙乳液压敏胶的研制

摘    要:以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和β-羧乙基丙烯酸酯(β-CEA)为共聚单体,烯丙氧基壬基酚丙醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)为反应型乳化剂,采用半连续预乳化乳液聚合法制备出一种高剥离力苯丙乳液PSA(压敏胶)。研究结果表明:当m(BA)∶m(St)=9∶1、w(DNS-86)=2.5%、w(过硫酸铵)=0.5%~0.6%、聚合温度为78~80℃和聚合时间为4 h时,相应苯丙乳液PSA的黏度、初粘力、持粘力和180°剥离强度俱佳;高剥离力苯丙乳液PSA的性价比较高,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

Abstract:With butyl acrylate(BA),styrene(St),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and β-carboxyethyl acrylate(β-CEA) as comonomers,DNS-86 as a reactive emulsifier,a styrene-acrylate emulsion PSA(pressure sensitive adhesive) with high peeling strength was prepared by semi-continuous pre-emulsification emulsion polymerization.The research results showed that the viscosity,initial tack,hold tack and 180° peeling strength for corresponding styrene-acrylate emulsion PSA were all good when mass ratio of m(BA)∶m(St) was 9∶1,mass fractions of DNS-86 and ammonium persulfate were 2.5% and 0.5%-0.6% respectively,polymerization temperature and polymerization time were 78-80 ℃ and 4 h respectively.The styrene-acrylate emulsion PSA with high peeling strength had broad market application prospect because its performance/price ratio was higher.
