摘    要:简述了石墨烯的力、热、电学特性;重点分析了制备石墨烯的几种不同方法,包括:机械剥离法、加热SiC法、石墨插层法、电弧放电法、化学气相沉积法、溶剂剥离法与溶剂热法等,并且评述了这几种方法的特点及存在的问题。介绍了石墨烯的几种表征方法,并阐述了其未来的发展前景。

Abstract:Mechanical,thermal and electricity properties of graphene are described.Preparation methods of graphene are mainly: mechanical exfoliation method,heat method of SiC,graphite intercalation method,arc discharge method,chemical vapor deposition method,solvent exfoliation method and solvothermal method,etc.The characteristics and existential problems of above mentioned preparation methods are analyzed.Finally,several characterization methods of graphene are summarized,and the future development of graphene is also mentioned.
