摘    要:分别考察了各稀土元素单独和与钴配合使用对 389- 8# 醇酸树脂的催干性能 结果表明 ,只有铈和混合稀土与钴配合使用才能达到催干要求 另外结合分析稀土元素特殊的外层电子结构 ,进一步探讨了稀土元素的催干机理 只有铈既具有表层氧化聚合催干特性 ,又具有配位聚合催干特性 ,且

Abstract:The drying abilities of rare-earth elements,which were used in 389-8 # alkyd resin alone and together with cobalt,were investigated respectively.The results show that the drying speeds of rare-earth elements used together with cobalt are faster than that used alone.And only the cerium and rare-earth mixture's drying effects reached the requirment.In addition, the drying mechanism of rare-earth elements was also exposed by combining analysis of its special electronic structure.The conclusion is that the Ce 3 not only possesses the surface layer oxiding polymerizer property,but also has the complexing polymerizer property.And the latter is main.Therefore,of all the rare-earth metals,only the cerium and cerium-containing rare-earth mixture can be used as drier.But it can still substitute a part of cobalt.So the novel drying systems Co/Ce or Co/Ce-containing mixture were recommended.
