摘    要:国内外对空气钻井的井壁稳定性、最小体积流量、地层出水和井斜的控制、提高钻速的机理等方面作了深入的研究,但对破岩机理的研究却较少。为了弄清楚空气钻井尤其是带空气锤的空气钻井破岩机理, 依据空气钻井中的专用钻具空气锤的工作特性及其破岩特点,从井底破碎坑的分布、岩石的破碎形态两个方面对岩石破碎、空气钻井破岩机理进行了定性与定量分析,分析了空气钻井的工艺参数与空气锤的工作参数对破岩的影响,进而建议开展空气钻井破岩机理仿真、实验台架研制及专用空气钻井设备选型的研究工作。

Abstract:Experts from home and abroad made in depth studies on several important parts of air drilling, including the borehole stability, minimum volumetric flow rate, water production, well inclination control, and ROP improvement, but have hardly had anything with rock breaking mechanism of air drilling. To clarify the mechanism of rock breaking mechanism of air drilling with air hammer, this paper  proposed qualitative and quantitative analysis on breaking pit distribution and rock breaking pattern based on the working performance and rock breaking features of air hammer drilling. And the effects of operation parameters of air drilling and the working parameters of rock breaking with air hammer have also been investigated. It is recommended to conduct simulative study on rock breaking mechanism of air drilling, to develop test bench, and to study the optimal equipment selection for air drilling.
