| Abstract: | Simulated moving bed （SMB） technology is a kind of to chromatographic separation technology. Compared with conventional chromato- graphic separation technology, it has a lot of advantages. In this article, the development history of SMB and its working principle as well as some model or parameters for SMB were illustrated, and the application of SMB in food industry and the future development were discussed as well. |
